Frequently asked questions

The currently most popular Fiat models include the new Fiat Grande Panda, the proven Fiat Panda, the modern Fiat 600/600e, the versatile Fiat Tipo, and the electric Fiat 500e. These models are in high demand in many markets and are also available in Switzerland as new or pre-owned vehicles.

Yes. The Fiat 500e, Fiat 600e, E-Scudo, and certain electric variants of the Doblo are fully electric.

Usually 2 years of factory warranty, often extendable. For electric vehicles, there is an additional 8-year or 160,000 km warranty on the high-voltage battery.

Usually every 15,000 to 30,000 km, or once per year—depending on the model and powertrain.

With regular maintenance, Fiat engines can reach 200,000 km or more.

In Switzerland, there have been no national incentive programs for electric cars since 2019.
However, some cantons and municipalities still offer local subsidies or tax benefits.

Example: In cities like Aarau or Zurich, it’s worth checking local incentive programs. Applications are submitted directly to the relevant municipal or cantonal authorities.

Service history, mileage, rust spots (on older models), and any known model-specific weaknesses.

The most fuel-efficient Fiat models include the Fiat 500 Hybrid, the Fiat Panda Hybrid, and the electric Fiat 500e. Among the larger models, the Fiat 600e and the E-Scudo are particularly efficient in the electric category.

With us, you benefit from data-driven valuation, personal support, and a network of trusted partners – instead of a trade-in with a flat discount, as is often the case at dealerships.

In addition, we take care of the listing, TCS inspection, price negotiations, and the entire process for you – with no risk or upfront costs. This way, you not only get more for your Mercedes but also save yourself time and uncertainty.

Yes, in a few cases. The Fiat Panda 4×4 is one of the best-known Fiat models with all-wheel drive. Older models like the Fiat Sedici or certain versions of the Fiat Ducato were also available with all-wheel drive.

Currently, the main convertible available is the Fiat 500 Cabrio (also referred to as the 500C). In the past, there were also the Fiat Barchetta and the Fiat 124 Spider as convertible models.

The Fiat 500 Hybrid, Fiat Panda Hybrid, Fiat 600 Hybrid, and Fiat Tipo Hybrid are currently available. There are no plug-in hybrids in Fiat’s current lineup; earlier collaborations with other manufacturers occasionally featured PHEV technology.

  • Fiat 500: A small city car with retro design, available as a 3-door or convertible, also offered as an electric version.

  • Fiat 500X: A compact SUV with a higher seating position, more space, and optional all-wheel drive.

  • Fiat 500L: A spacious minivan with more trunk capacity, designed for families and long-distance comfort.

For families, the Fiat 500L, Fiat Tipo Station Wagon, Fiat Doblo/Doblò, and Fiat Ducato (especially in camper or passenger-transport versions) are particularly suitable. The Fiat 600 also offers enough space for small families as a compact SUV.

The Fiat 500e has a WLTP range of roughly 190–320 km, depending on battery version and trim. In real-world driving, it varies with driving style, weather, and route profile.

Yes, the Fiat 500e can be charged from a standard household socket. However, charging is slow (usually over 12 hours for a full charge). A wallbox significantly shortens the charging time.

At an AC wallbox (11 kW), a full charge takes around 6–7 hours. At a DC fast-charging station (100 kW), the battery can be charged from about 20% to 80% in roughly 30 minutes.
